Hi, I'm Nico

Nico Olivieri, founder and lead coach

Nico is a certified transformative coach, author and international public speaker who works with top performers in sports, arts and business. His work has impacted - among others - the United Nations, the European Union as well as Olympic athletes, pro footballers (including legends) and some of the greatest football clubs in Italy.
As a serial entrepreneur, he has been involved in a number of award-winning ventures in a wide variety of industries in multiple countries across Europe.
In 2021 he published "Creare l'impossibile", the Italian version of Michael Neill's international bestseller, in 2022 he had the honor of becoming a TEDx speaker for the TED event in Cowes, England, and he is about to release his own book.
He is also a member of AIAC (Associazione Italiana Allenatori Calcio) and a published musician and poet.
